La ricetta di questo antichissimo Bitter fu elaborata dalla Baracco Liquori (o Baracco de Baracho) già nel 1920, sulla scia del successo dei vini del Roero, in particolare Arneis e Nebbiolo. Erano proprio loro, infatti, a fare da base per questo Bitter. Nel 1962, però, venne vietata la produzione di amari, vermouth e liquori sotto la stessa cantina vinicola e Bitter Rouge! subì una battuta d'arresto. Riproposto nel 2013, è stato subito accolto in grande stile, per il suo gusto così tradizionalista ed unico, il vero Bitter di una volta!
Note di degustazione: Colore cremisi luminoso, dall'infusione di 17 tra erbe e frutti, è un caleidoscopio di sentori, nei quali si distinguono le spezie dolci, effluvi balsamici, fragoline di bosco e pompelmo. Sorso appagante, morbido ma allo stesso tempo secco, è perfettamente in linea con il turbinio di sensazioni olfattive che caratterizzano una lunghissima persistenza.
Abbinamenti: Ideale in miscelazione, servito ben fresco con un rametto di menta e del ghiaccio è un aperitivo che difficilmente scorderete!
